Location

Whilst situated in a sheltered valley, the cottage is in fact only 3OOyds. off the moor - up the hill and over the cattle grid! The walks in the area are numerous, over lanes and footpaths, across fields, woods and moorland, all within a short distance.

The local village of Blisland with its village green (very rare in Cornwall), Parish Church, CAMRA winning Pub of the year 2001, Excellent New Village Shop and the Post Office is only half a mile easy walking through narrow lanes.

Bodmin, a good size shopping town, is 4 miles. Both North and South coast are easily accessible by car as are many of the other tourist attractions Cornwall has to offer.
